The Moorings/Coquina Sands neighborhoods are centrally located, and stretch from US 41 to the Gulf of Mexico. Much of the area is waterfront, especially in The Moorings, with boat docks and shimmering views for both single-family homes and condominiums.

The Moorings is known for its quiet streets shaded with beautiful Banyan, Ficus and Palm trees. Residents enjoy a private country club and beach park. The Moorings Country Club is located at the center of the Moorings on Crayton Road, with beautiful golf course views for many surrounding homes. Residents have another special bonus in The Moorings' private beach.

Every home in neighboring Coquina Sands is within walking distance of the beach and Gulf-front Lowdermilk Park, which features public parking, concessions, large covered picnic pavilion with restrooms, outside picnic areas, children's playground, and the gorgeous waters of the Gulf. Both The Moorings and Coquina Sands are located within the city limits of Naples.

Indies West, adjacent to Doctors Pass on the south side, features a very exclusive combination of amenities: ownership in one of the 21 four-unit buildings provides both excellent beach access and views AND top-level boating opportunities! Boat slips, available for lease at only $900/year, are a no-bridge access ticket to Moorings Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Bonus features include lots of green lawn space, private garages, a large pool area, and a quiet cul-de-sac location.

Lausanne and its sister building Lucerne were both built by BC & B. The twin buildings of Lausanne occupy the largest single piece of property in the Moorings. This building has some unique features in that it is comprised of two nearly identical buildings joined by a magnificent 30,000 square foot pool deck. Each building contains an open atrium with a waterfall in the center. All units come with one under building parking space, although additional spaces can be purchased separately or with a unit.

Madrid Club is a very carefully maintained building. It was build in 1975 on the Moorings bayfront and has been tastefully updated. Recent improvements include new flooring in common areas, new roofing for the garage, renovations to the elevators, and a geo-thermal heating system for the pool. The sense of community among residents of the Madrid Club is strong, and owners tend to watch out for each other.
In addition to a bayfront swimming pool, the Madrid Club features a party room, exercise room, and sauna. Boat slips are available for purchase or lease. Although beach access is not deeded, Madrid Club is right across the street from Horizon Way and Vedado public beach access points. Units may be rented up to 3 times per year - minimum lease term is 4 months.
